Sunday Stills: The Color Brown

The days are getting longer and warmer, so more 'brown' spots are popping through the snow drifts...
Here are my submissions for 'Brown' for the Sunday Stills challenge.

We had a nice day last week up above freezing. It provided a chance to get out and walk around the woods on our farm.   It was pretty slow going, since the snow was still deep.

The Round Robin Photo Challenge: HOT STUFF

HOT STUFF is the latest theme for The Round Robin Photo Challenges.

Our step-daughter and husband got us some little gifts for Valentines Day.  This is what Lar got.  And he was delighted. WE will use them, you betcha.  The dried Red peppers are from our garden.

Sunday Stills: Barns in Black & White

It's Barns in black and white this week in Sunday Stills challenge..........

I happen to love taking photos of old barns and farms.  In fact their Latin proper name is  "Barnicus Dilapidus".
These started out in color and I've enhanced them to bring out their character.  I'm sorry I did not get a chance to get out and take recent photos, these are some archived photos from the past.  uh, no pun intended.
